Miles J. Austin is an American football wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He was signed by the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at Monmouth. Miles Austin has seen a majority of his playing time on special teams units. He took over as kick returner when Tyson Thompson (ankle) went down for the season in 2006 and again for Thompson in 2007.
