“Former Freeland High School teacher Marcie L. Rousseau, charged with 21 counts of criminal s3xual conduct with a student, is free on bond and scheduled for arraignment this afternoon in Midland Cou.

Rousseau, 33, is charged with 15 counts of third-degree and six counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with sexual acts with a Freeland High School student between May 2009 and February 2010.

Third-degree cr!m!nal s3x@al conduct, a felony, involves penetration and carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison. Fourth degree, a high misdemeanor, involves touching and has a maximum penalty of of two years.
