UFC 117 Weigh Ins Successfully Made Weight

The UFC 117 weigh-ins have come and gone and with the exception of repeat offender, Thiago Alves, all fighters have successfully made weight

"Pitbull" was fined 20-percent of his purse (which goes directly to opponent Jon Fitch), and aside from his issues atop the scale, all other fighters booked for tomorrow night's festivities, including main event participants Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen, made weight without incident.

UFC eventhough the event wont be having a heavyweight bout like the one between Shane Carwin and Brock Lesnar. Plenty of action and thrills are still expected to happen at the Arena.
