According to U.S. reports the 53-year-old actor's Russian girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, 39, is pregnant with his child. The Russian singer - who accompanied Gibson to the premiere of “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” - is reportedly in her second trimester, according to a source on TMZ.com.
“They just drifted apart,” the source, a close friend of the couple, said. The 50-year-old actor made his relationship with Grigorieva public not long after his wife Robyn Moore filed for divorce on April 13, 2009.
But unfortunately now Mel could be in trouble as we learned from the LA Times, that "the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department has opened a domestic violence investigation involving actor Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend.
"No details about the probe were immediately available, but the Sheriff's Department said in a statement that it is `is currently gathering information regarding the allegations. Due to the investigation being preliminary in nature, no other information is available at this time."
