HTC Schubeart Windows Phone

We will seen devices running Windows Phone 7, Symbian 3, Black Berry 6, and Google Android 2.2 with the possibility of a refreshed Palm webOS device or two as well. The iPhone will be the one looking a bit dated as iPhone fans wait until sometime in mid 2011 for the next major update. With more and more of these rumored devices running Windows Phone 7 and the Technical Preview out and working well in developers hands I know this Fall is going to be one heck of an exciting time for smart phone fans.

You’ll notice how the creators of this video have hidden the carrier’s name on purpose so we have no idea whether we’re looking at the U.S. bound Schubert or at the European version. As you can clearly see in the video below the phone appears to be a Chassis 1 WP7 device and it looks like it’s fully functional.

It has been giving the incredibly catchy name of the HTC Schubert and sports a sexy aluminium unibody and will be released as a flagship Windows Phone 7 device.  That could be simple confusion over the names, or it could suggest different internal hardware, most likely alternative radios for different carriers.
